For the past 31 years , I've had the privilege of assisting adults and seniors, always striving to preserve their independence and enhance their well-being. My experiences have solidified my desire to make a positive impact in their lives. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, I am skilled in errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I am also CPR certified. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly. I prioritize earning trust and adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and incorporating memory care activities. I keep families informed with regular updates via text or phone call, always following their preferred communication method. I speak English and German.
