In my previous roles working with private families in home, I provided comprehensive daily care to people diagnosed with various stages of dementia, focusing on maintaining their dignity and enhancing their quality of life. I have expertise in creating tailored care plans that cater to individual needs, ensuring they receive personalized attention. My responsibilities included assisting with daily activities, communicating effectively with both patients and their families, and implementing engaging activities to stimulate cognitive function. As well as assisting with hygiene, meals and house keeping. I understand the complexities and challenges that come with caring for individuals with dementia.
