Nicole has been with our family for several months, and we feel so fortunate to have found her as a nanny for our baby. She is incredibly caring, attentive, and always in tune with what our baby needs. She listens very well, follows directions, is highly reliable, communicates clearly, and has been flexible whenever our schedule changes.
