About Nicole

Over the past three years, I've been working full-time as a Board Certified Clinical Behavior Therapist, supporting individuals through evidence-based and compassionate care. I focus on using natural reinforcers to build positive behaviors and reduce challenging ones in a way that feels meaningful and engaging for each client. I've been fortunate to be recognized by my agency several times for my dedication, attention to detail, and effective teaching strategies. Alongside my clinical work, I'm also a full-time psychology student, continuing to expand my knowledge and grow in the field. With six years of experience working with children and young adults (ages 3-22), I bring a hands-on approach, dependable transportation, and a strong commitment to helping every kid I work with thrive. My goal is to make each session not only productive but fun-creating experiences that support their confidence, independence, and overall growth.
