Did not get to work with her but can say she reached out and was really responsive at first. Confirmed she read my job post to make sure she was fine with what we were looking for. Set up a paid trial interview for the following day and she ended up canceling less than an hour before the scheduled time. Courteous enough to let me know (vs ghosting someone) but not thoughtful enough that I could’ve been able to schedule someone else at that time.
