Nicole is the BEST of the best! I hired her in January 2025 to work with my high-functioning autistic child. He is an adult who struggles with self-advocacy, self-motivation, phone communication, and cleaning/organizing. I live in a different state, and I suspected that if he had someone there to encourage him, he would be able to complete his much-needed tasks. Well, I was right — and Nicole has completely knocked this job out of the park! With her help and encouragement, my kid completed more in one two-hour session than he could have possibly completed in one year on his own. No exaggeration here. Nicole is always upbeat and encouraging, and my kid absolutely adores her. She is an incredibly smart and compassionate person with a great sense of humor. She always has an eye out for what needs to be done and is great at prioritizing tasks. She does a jaw-droppingly excellent job of motivating my kiddo to do what needs to be done. Additionally, Nicole is punctual, and she is a strong communicator. She does an amazing job of filling me in on the tasks completed and giving me a clear picture of how my kiddo is doing. I highly encourage you to hire Nicole for whatever help you may need! I am confident that she will do an excellent job at any task she takes on.
