What started as a personal chef position, quickly turned into much more. I began managing the estate, served as an assistant to the head of the household & became a travel companion. I also have a lot of experience caring for & working with children. I taught theater at a local private school to K-8th grade & I serve as a teaching artist at The Kravis Center of Performing Arts, Blue Planet Writers Room, & The Cultural Council of Palm Beach County. My kids LOVE Niki! She helped pick them up from school and took care of them until I finished my work day. She is fun, upbeat and positive. My kids still talk about her fondly even though it's been 2 years since she cared for them. I can't say enough great things about her!
