About Nicole E

Hi, my name is Nicole and I am a Registered Drama Therapist and soon to be LCAT! I have always loved working with kids and from the time I was about 13 I began working as a babysitter. Over the last couple of decades I have worked with many families and children with a variety of different needs and abilities. I spent several summers volunteering at Rocking Horse Rehab in West Orange as well. I also have extensive experience working with adults with I/DD and seniors with dementia and other related challenges. Currently I am the Assistant Director of Recreation at a long term facility. While I love my residents more than anything, I am looking to move into more of a direct care role that allows me to use all the many skills and knowledge I have to better serve families in my community. I am patient, empathetic, and always looking for ways to ensure those around me feel valued and supported.
