Nicole was extremely patient and kind while caring for our twins. They built a really nice relationship with her. Unfortunately she did quit without notice which left me extremely distraught. I simply recommend that the next family she cares for she gives enough notice to hire a replacement as this left me in shambles while balancing working from home without assistance and trying to find a replacement.
