About Nicole

I knew Nicole from a friend of mine when she first started helping me and later found Nicole on care.com. I found Nicole to be immediately warm and caring on our first telephone call. I needed to schedule a day out with her and I wanted to know that she’d be there once a week thereafter and she agreed that she could be. My first appointment out with her. she was on time she got out of the car and took packages from me and put them in the backseat and she let me in the car and closed the door behind me. We proceeded to my first appointment a doctors appointment and she dropped me off in the front and went to park the car. She told me that she would meet me up in the office and she did. Just seeing her smile and hearing her voice made me feel more comfortable for I was nervous for this appointment. I went into the doctor. Had my appointment and Nicole was waiting for me when I got out. As I checked out, we agreed that she would pull the car up out front and she would meet me. She asked if I would be OK by myself and I said yes. I thought that was nice that she asked. We proceeded to other errands, the supermarket, the butcher, the drugstore And the stationary store to get a card for my grandson’s birthday. This was all so easy as Nicole just let me out in front of each store and waited for me until I got back into the car. As we proceeded home, I told her that I had a dog and I might want to bring her along on our outings and she was completely open to that. In fact, she said that she would walk my dog if ever I needed it and she would watch her for me if I needed because I might be going away for a few days. Nicole said she would be happy to take my dog into her home and care for her, take all the best care of her. My experience with Nicole four times now has been only perfection. She is kind polite, helpful, and watches out for me when I’m under her care. I would not hesitate to use Nicole at any time.
