Nicole is punctual, engaging, observant and attentive to our 3 month old twins. Due to her engagement and attentiveness with the kids, she saw things that helped our baby girl sleep better that I didn't initially take note of (vents too close to her crib causing sniffles). Once we moved her, a week later she was sleeping through the night. She knows all the songs and activities to engage the kids. Never on her phone and willingness to jump right in as soon as she walked into the door. She's very communicative and helpful.
