Nicole is wonderful! I have a special needs dog who requires carefully administered medication and observation. I watch him on camera all day until she arrives, and seeing his excitement when she walks in let's me know she's the perfect fit. She gives him the care he needs, but also the fun and play he's so happy for. Nicole is super punctual and very gentle with my precious boy.
