Nicole is great with my toddler. She is always on time and flexible with my crazy schedule. Although I am still in the house while Nicole is watching my little one, she is awesome at being independent and manages all of my child's needs without needing my guidance. She was a quick to pick up on the baby's schedule and respectfully sticks to the schedule!
