Nicole nannied our 3 children ages 5 and under for 1.5 years. She was fantastic. She quickly learned our neighborhood and made friends with other local nannies/families. She had activities planned daily and the children were never bored. Nicole followed and aligned with our preferred guidelines around nap schedule, getting out of the house once a day, limited tv, eating habits, activity budget, etc. We would have discussions when the children were going through phases and align on a plan - like potty training, changing the nap schedule, trying to cut bad habits, etc. Communication was open and consistent. Nicole was always on time and showed up. We would be happy to talk to any family considering Nicole. She was a great addition to our family and the next family is lucky to get her!
