Nicole was very warm when we met her, her reviews were great so we confirmed her for our baby. She agreed and was supposed to start this week. However, last minute she cancelled and left us in a pickle, especially when we were moving houses. She was apologetic but the last minute cancellation caused us a lot of inconvenience leaving us to start the process all over again.
