About Nicole

Nicole ("Nicki") worked with our family from October 2021 to April 2023 while caring for our son. She started with him when he was 2 months old until we started him in daycare around 20 months of age. From the start, it was clear that Nicki has a very kind heart and strong love for children (and animals). She has an open and playful personality that our son loved. As he got older, she thought of more and more activities to keep him engaged, often bringing things from home that she had purchased. Even her children thought of him and sent gifts or messages. Nicki was always on time and, most days, there earlier than scheduled. She was also open to staying later days when our schedules required sudden changes. She prepared food for our son, most times with recipes she came up with unprompted. Nicki was also helpful with light housework including tidying, laundry, vacuuming, etc. She is receptive to feedback. As a mother of three children, she balances work and life well.
