Nicole nannied for our 6-mo old son for over a month while we were waitlisted for daycare. I appreciated that she was willing to nanny for us on quick notice and was very sweet with our little guy. She was respectful of our requests to help get him crib trained for naps and help transition him to 2 naps a day. Since starting daycare we continue to call her for occasional babysitting needs!
