About Nicole

Bringing comfort and support to adults and seniors is my passion. For the past 10 years, I've provided respite care, transportation, personal care, and more. I also assist with hospice services and medical management. I hold a graduate degree and am CPR and First Aid certified. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I understand the importance of knowing your loved one's preferences and history. I communicate with families through daily reports and verbal updates, always following your preferred method. Supporting families and making a positive impact is what drives me.
