About Nicole

I describe myself as patient, observant, and empathetic. I love working with children, as they are curious little angels, and I enjoy helping them develop new skills and navigate their environments in a safely. My journey began with studying child and adolescent development, and I now hold a Bachelor of Science in the field. Currently, I am a Registered Behavior Technician working with children on the autism spectrum. My skills include data collection, behavioral intervention through ABA principles which include: positive reinforcement, differential reinforcements, positive feedback, among others. I am also skilled in problem solving, natural environment teaching, basic first aid and CPR, critical thinking, educational support, empathy, behavior de-escalation and basic personal hygiene care.
