I have 10 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), and it is something I genuinely enjoy. I love helping people live life to their fullest potential while encouraging independence and supporting them both at home and in the community. Over the years, I have provided a variety of supports, including medication management and administration, personal care, transfers and mobility assistance, meal preparation, transportation, community outings, appointments, household tasks, and assistance with daily living needs. I am patient, dependable, and believe everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and kindness while receiving the support they need.
