I am a mother of grown children. My career was not in childcare but I have had much experience working with children. Along with raising my three children and being very involved with all their activities I taught CCD (Sunday school) for 14 years. In doing so I had to go through all state mandated child abuse and safety courses. I also worked with an autistic child in the class . I have been with Care. com for over a year and have actively been working from the moment I joined. I have helped families with children having special needs (ASD) as well as infants as young as 4 months. I am CPR/AED infant child and adult certified. My goal is to focus on each family differently and provide the specific care that they require of me. Nicole is very thoughtful and great with our daughter. She knows multiple feeding methods and has a beautiful bond with our daughter. Highly recommend! 

Nicole is our current nanny to our two children (son 3 yrs and daughter 1.5 yr) and she is the best nanny you could ever possibly have for your family. Not only is Nicole loving, nurturing and fun but she is also resourceful, diligent and incredibly organized. My husband and I commute into the city during the week and have total peace of mind knowing that Nicole is with our kids, and she'd be able to navigate any situation while we are far away. Nicole is a special part of our family and always will be.

Day to day, Nicole handles everything for our children including laundry, meals, school drop off and pick up for our son, organizing clothes, organizing toys among many other tasks.

Due to job changes, we may not need Nicole full time and are supporting her in finding other work if need be.

Nicole has been such a wonderful caregiver for our daughter who is 15 months old. We never had someone who wasn't family watch her so this was a new process for us, but instantly I knew Nicole would be an amazing fit for us. I feel completely at ease knowing my daughter is being taken care of so well by Nicole. I don't know what we would do without her!

I hired Nicole about a month ago after my babysitter of over a year needed to leave. My son is a strong-willed and very active two-year-old boy. I was concerned about how he would respond to someone new given that he had known his previous babysitter since he was four months old. On top of this, the week Nicole started my son was sick. To my surprise, my son took to Nicole immediately! She took time to get to know him and made him feel comfortable. She is extremely engaging and interactive. She keeps him very stimulated throughout the day and takes time to work on educational activates with him. I work from home, and I can hear that he has so much fun while she is here with him. On top of the great relationship she has formed with my son in such a short period of time, she is somehow able to keep my house so tidy. I'm really not sure how she does it all! She is also very punctual and dependable. We feel SO lucky to have found Nicole. She is a gem, and I highly recommend her!

Nicole is wonderful and such a help to our family! We have worked together since my son was 4 months old.  It is very clear to me that working with babies and children is a passion. She has demonstrated tremendous responsibility in taking care of our baby and going above and beyond. She is kind, trustworthy, and emphasizes safety.

She took care of my children as if they were her own, she kept them active and engaged, saw them through virtual learning and homework, drove them to school, camps and activities and worked hands on with my son's therapists during in home therapy. She also took care of my husband and I while we worked from home, helping with meal prep and even making us lunch. I was always so appreciative of everything she did around the house to help to make our lives easier at the end of the day. She's the best and if I were still working I never would have let her leave! She's truly a kind soul and goes above and beyond to help her families and to make sure the children she cares for are kept safe and happy. We miss you Miss Nicole!

Nicole goes above and beyond. Nicole is currently caring for my 3 month old and I never have to worry when she is there because I know my child is getting her undivided attention. She cares for my child as if she were her own and keeps me up to date throughout the day of feedings and diaper changes. She genuinely cares about my husband and I as well and tries to make life after work as easy as she can. So happy we found her!

We are so fortunate to have Nicole as your after school nanny! My 2 kids love spending time with her and she does a great job easing them after school into doing homework . She is a lot of fun!!

Nicole has been a life-saver for my family. As a family, we have complex needs. My son is autistic and I am a single mom new to the area.  

She is responsible, shows up for everything on time and actively engages the kids in activities.  Nicole is flexible and highly considerate.  We feel so lucky to have found her here! I can't recommend her enough.

Nicole has been a wonderful help for our family. She is a wonderful organizer, on time, and upbeat. She has helped with tidying up our home, playing with the 2 kids, and working on an organization project.
