Hello, my name is Nicky. I have been a special education teacher for 13 years. I recently received my masters plus 60 credits in Autism/SPED. I have been a National Board Certified teacher for 6 years and recently recertified in 2024. I currently teach at a local high school in the areas of Orton-Gillingham reading intervention, Biology and Physics. I am certified in special ed, Orton-Gillingham methodologies, early childhood ed, physical ed, CPR, and First Aid. I have a background check and fingerprint check I can show you. In addition, references are available upon request. I am a mother of two children, a 4-year-old girl and 1-year-old boy. Therefore I am only free during the summer months (June 16 2025-August 8 2025) during the hours of 9:30 to 12:30. I like to meet at a local library. I look forward to meeting you!
