It's a privilege to support adults and seniors, and I've found great joy in doing so for the past five years. My approach is rooted in patience, compassion, and creating a comfortable environment for those in my care. I'm experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation that may arise. I'm also a good listener and very understanding. I can help your loved ones with daily living tasks, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, mobility assistance, and physical activity. I understand the importance of clear communication and will provide regular updates via text, phone, or in person, based on your family's preferences. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I took care of both my parents when they were ill and was so grateful to help them at the end of their lives. I am currently getting my end of life certification.
