I'd describe my personality as personable, kind and considerate. I like caring for seniors because I love meeting and helping people. I'm looking for a job that allows me to interact with others and give back. I started caregiving at 11-years old when my mom was first diagnosed with cancer. I took care of her and learned quickly that I was meant to take care of others. Then when my friend's mom started showing signs of dementia in 2021, I knew I had to help. I spent time talking with her, playing games with her, doing her hair and makeup, and whatever we could to help keep her mind sharp. I even traveled out of state to meet their family for a wedding so that I could help them out. In my spare time, I like to meet new people and watch sports. One thing you should know about me is I've never met a stranger. My skills include meal prep, light housekeeping and companionship.

Nicole is a star! She knows caregiving and she listens when needs shift. She cared for my mom beautifully. Always wanted to keep her as busy as possible and slowed down when she knew my mom needed quiet time. She is kind, thoughtful and dependable. I had no issue going to work and leaving her alone with my mom. My mom laughed and enjoyed Nicole’s company. She thought of Nicole as a friend and not a caregiver. We all think of her as a friend. My Mom passed and Nicole was with us all through the end. I cannot speak too highly of her caring nature and skill set. I will always be a reference for her. She was great with our cat as well!
