About Nicolas

Hi my name is Nicolas, but most people call me Niko. I'm a dedicated Liberal Studies major at Fresno State and currently hold an AS degree in nursing, as well as an active RN license in the state of CA. I plan on working as an elementary teacher upon finishing school as I enjoy teaching and guiding the next generation, and I work very well with kids. I have a strong background in childcare as I currently work at an after school program with school age children (5-12 years of age) and have worked there for over 7 years. I maintain and support a class of 25-30 students for an average of 4 hours a day, 5 days a week, and I am also responsible (as well as 6 of my coworkers) for supervising all 130 students in our program. Our program builds on students' learning by teaching other potentially valuable life skills. I am new to Care. com, but I do love children and, given the opportunity, I would do my absolute best to meet their (and your) caregiving needs!
