We interviewed Nicola to take care of my wife, who has Alzheimers. We all liked her. So we offered her the position and she readily accepted. Then 45 minutes before her first shift, she messaged me and said she was unable to take the job offer. Wow! Can you say "unprofessional". Beware when hiring Nicola. She makes promises and then backs out of them. Not cool!!
