About Nicle

-Provide compassionate, hands-on care for up to 5 elderly and disabled clients in their homes, including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility. -Support daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments. -Maintain accurate records of client conditions, changes in health status, and care provided, following HIPAA regulations. - Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families to ensure comfort, dignity, and emotional support. - Collaborate with nurses, case managers, and other caregivers to implement and update personalized care plans.
