About Nicky

I'm a kind, patient caregiver with a lifetime of hands-on experience. I grew up helping care for my older brother with a severe disability and later worked as a Recreation Specialist at the facility where he lives, creating inclusive art and history activities using communication devices and adapted equipment. I've also been a hippotherapy side-walker and an adapted snowboard instructor. While I don't have formal degrees or senior-care credentials, I'm dependable, eager to learn individual needs, and well-suited for companionship, light care, medication assistance, and occasional babysitting for children or adults with special needs. My ideal is essentially Gig work as needed. I currently have a pretty flexible schedule and want to make some side money doing something I enjoy. I Recently relocated from Greenwich, CT to Georgetown, TX, I'm an empty nester that ran a professional dog walking and pet sitting business for the last 10 years. I enjoy helping people and caring for animals.
