We hired Nicky to care for our kids over the summer. I can't say enough about how great she was. Everyday she was on time or a little early. Punctuality is a big deal for me, and she never let me down. We keep a pretty strict schedule for the kids in terms of naps and eating times and she was on top of it all and kept everything organized. In between meal and nap times, we left it open to her to find activities for the kids. She was great at keeping them busy. Everyday she took them for a bike ride, to the park, or to the library. The kids were always occupied and happy. Our kids absolutely fell in love with her and were excited for her arrival everyday. I would hire Nicky again in a heartbeat and would recommend her without hesitation.
