Hi! I'm Nicki and I am a dedicated Special Needs Caregiver with a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and I am certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). With a passion for supporting individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges, I bring a compassionate, structured, fun and evidence-based approach to care. My experience includes working with elementary children and young adults on the autism spectrum, as well as individuals with a range of cognitive and behavioral needs. I specialize in implementing behavior intervention plans, teaching adaptive skills, and creating a safe and supportive environment that promotes independence and personal growth.
