About Nicki

I feel compelled to share my experience of hiring Nicki during the busy season to help with caregiving and tutoring my two boys as well as being an on-site manager for our Airbnb cottages. I can’t overstate how grateful I am to have been introduced to Nicki. She has an uncanny ability to make the people around her feel comfortable, engaged and seen. My boys were absolutely thrilled to spend their days with her and every learning experience felt like a fun adventure to them (a particularly brilliant trick for my son who has ADHD). Baking cookies from scratch was a lesson in reading and measuring, hiking became a science lesson… brilliant! Learning became fun and rewarding and never felt like a power struggle. In addition, while wearing the hat of on-site manager, the day to day operations of ordering inventory and overseeing the rentals was handled flawlessly and professionally by Nicki as well. I have a very high standard for presentation. Nicki’s eye for detail and level of cleanliness is exceptional and the guests were all immensely impressed with the level of care she gave from the moment she greeted them to the property until they departed. Again and again I heard how wonderfully they were taken care of. Finding someone as trustworthy, reliable, compassionate and caring is a true commodity in this day and age. I say without hesitation that this woman was a pleasure to have in our home and I can’t recommend her enough for anything related to the care. (Even our dog was madly in love with her). Stacey V
