About Nickie

Hi! My name is Nickie. I am available to take on a few new clients in the Libertyville area for elementary/middle school tutoring. As a current special education teacher and private tutor for typical and special needs students alike, I have adapted my methods to focus on relationship based techniques. Using this methodology my students and I build confidence in using skills independently, and break down tasks into manageable pieces that enhance organization and executive functioning. I am happy to provide wonderful references from both current and past families upon request. Looking forward to meeting some great new kids!
