Nick is reliable, punctual, and great with kids. He always takes the initiative to plan activities for them. He takes them to parks, caves, biking, etc. which has been enormously helpful as we work from home. He has had such a positive influence on the kids' behavior as well, they even get along better for me now!!! He independently implemented a rewards system so the kids are always excited to be on their best behavior to earn prizes. He is a great role model and caregiver for children.
