About Nick

I'd describe my personality as genuine, adaptable, and friendly I love working with people who are learning new material. I believe learning is the most valuable part in any area whether it is academics and/or professional training. Helping one succeed academically is very rewarding for me! I'm looking for an opportunity that will allow me to foster the best learning environment possible. I began tutoring during my undergraduate tenure at Furman University in mostly science-related subjects, as cellular biology was my acquired bachelor's degree. My favorite hobbies are watching tv/movies/sports, exercising, spending time outdoors, and reading. The Science-fiction genre is a personal favorite! I love working with children and young adults, and I aim to prioritize a safe and comfortable learning environment. After all, that is the most optimal learning environment! I communicate effectively, apply constructive criticism when needed, but am an inherently very patient teacher!
