I'm Nickesha, a dedicated and compassionate caregiver with several years of hands-on experience supporting elderly clients with daily living needs, companionship, and overall well-being. I'm known for being patient, reliable, attentive, and easy to connect with. I take pride in creating a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for every client while treating each person with the same kindness, dignity, and respect I would want for my own family. I have been trained and certified as a Home Health Aide since 2018, and I also have training and experience as a Phlebotomist and EKG Technician. My healthcare background has strengthened my ability to provide attentive care while recognizing and responding to my clients' individual needs. My greatest passion is helping people maintain their independence, comfort, and quality of life. I approach every responsibility with patience, compassion, and genuine care.
