Hello there! I am so pleased to have found this web service to become more connected with my Georgia community. I am a bubbly individual with a calming presence and a deep love for care giving. I have been working with elder folks primarily over the last 10 years, and worked at Belmont Assisted Living in San Diego during 2024 and 2025 where I received extensive training on compassionate care for clients with Alzheimer's and dementia. I am a certified yoga instructor and am able to work with clients on physical therapy as well as nutrition, which can include meal planning, meal prep and cooking. I am available for housecleaning in addition to caregiving, as long as it is light house keeping. I am also a sound healer and have discovered how beneficial vibrational sound healing is for folks who are hard of hearing, or generally have difficulty maintaining focus. She is always very professional in both appearance and communication.
