I've been watching kids for the past 16 years besides I have 4 of my own. My youngest is 13 and my oldest is 24. I love watching kids and knowing that they have a safe loving environment. I have been lucky enough to watch kids and stay home with my own at the same time. I only like to watch kids for two families at a time so I can make sure the kids that are in my care get all the attention and care they need. The kids I have watched in the past have truly become a part of our family. I'm just seeking a childcare job during the day.

We love Nicki! She was recommended to us by a neighbor and has been watching our now 5mo old son for two months. The two of them connected very quickly. I was brought up in an in-home daycare from newborn to age 5 and my family built an everlasting relationship with my caregiver so it was important to me to find someone our child could connect with in his first years. Nicki’s love for kids and family values really make it easy to trust her. She’s direct, a great communicator, follows our instructions and respects our preferences. We feel comfortable enough to ask for parenting tips and suggestions (since we’re first time parents). She’s flexible and keeps a clean home. We’re so grateful to have her help raising our boy.
