About Nichole

My child care experience goes back to caring for my younger sister when she was first born because my mother's health declined. Then while my mom worked long hours as a kid I helped care for and tutor her. In high school, I took 2 years of child care and development classes where I excelled. We had our own preschool 2 days a week for the duration of the class. Excelling in that class led me to a summer babysitting job that my teacher recommended me for caring for two little boys ages 6 and 8. After high school, I worked for a daycare for a while caring for infants to school aged children. Last summer I worked for a wonderful family I met through this site. I took care of her two boys ages 9 months and 3 years old as well as her co-workers 6-week-old daughter. I am looking for another babysitting job in addition to my current job to help pay the bills. However, I will consider leaving my part time job now if the right position comes along. When I am financially able to I plan on going to school for childcare and eventually opening up my own daycare. I'm a fun, energetic, and outgoing girl. I love watching children grow and teaching them the fundamentals of life! I love board games, reading books and outdoor activities, as well as arts and crafts! I'm good at preparing meals and I'm a neat freak! I'd love to meet and get to know your family.
