About Nichole

We feel incredibly fortunate to have had Nickie care for our son, L., from the time he was 5 months old until 14 months. From day one, she brought a level of warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism that immediately put us at ease as first-time parents. She consistently went above and beyond—not just meeting his daily needs but truly investing in his growth and development. She took initiative, was highly organized, and always came prepared with thoughtful activities that were both age-appropriate and enriching. It was clear how much she genuinely cared for L., and that bond meant the world to us. What especially stood out was how she encouraged him to meet developmental milestones with patience and positivity, and how she fostered his early love of reading. Even at such a young age, L. lights up whenever it’s time to read a book- something we attribute entirely to her influence. As a first-time mom, I also deeply appreciated how approachable and supportive she was. Whenever I had questions or needed suggestions, she offered advice that was both practical and reassuring, always rooted in experience and genuine care. We’re so grateful for the loving foundation she helped lay for L.’s early years. Anyone would be lucky to have her as a caregiver!
