Nichole is an excellent nanny, in fact, the best I have ever experienced or seen. She cared for my son for nearly 3 years and my newborn daughter. She has a unique ability to connect with children and pour love into them to make them feel seen, understood, and respected. She approaches childcare with a deep understanding of each child's individual needs and is both loving and firm to ensure children have safe boundaries and consistency. She taught my son so many foundational skills - for example, how to climb stairs safely, how to recognize the edge of a surface, how to put his clothes on, potty training, how to eat independently. Additionally, she has helped him develop emotional intelligence and awareness of others. Her approach has taught me a lot as a parent. She also partners incredibly well with parents to ensure we are on the same page around milestones and boundaries. She is great at recognizing when children might need something (for example, when my son was showing interest in reading, she ensured he had materials to enable him to experiment and learn letters) and communicated those needs to parents.
