Nichole is reliable, punctual, and caring. She has been babysitting my daughter since she was 9 months old and she is now almost three. When I leave her with my daughter I know everything will go smoothly. From playing outside with her bike to feeding and bathing her, there is never a doubt in my mind Nichole will follow through with our night time routine (and make it fun). My daughter is bilingual and so is Nichole, which makes me feel assured she will be understood whether she says words in English or Spanish. We’re lucky to have another caregiver that speaks to her in Spanish and can read her books in Spanish before bed. The fact that Nichole is a physician makes me feel at ease that she is safe and any issue that may arise she will be able to handle it better than I can. Most mornings after Nichole babysits my daughter wakes up by saying “I had fun with Nichole.” Most special of all, my daughter sees Nichole as a friend.
