About Nichole

The universe brought us Nichole when my Mom was first showing signs of what we'd later learn was ALS, after my father had been diagnosed with terminal cancer just a few months earlier. Nichole was the most caring, most compassionate caregiver we could have asked for throughout every stage of my Mother's disease, and in the end was the only non-family member my Mom trusted to care for her. Nichole was dedicated, reliable, knowledgeable, and worked to keep an open line of communication with the family (none of whom lived close by). We grew to trust her implicitly, and are forever thankful that she stayed with Mom and our family during a beyond difficult time (even in the end, when Mom lost all movement, including the ability to talk). When we lost Mom to the disease, Nichole stayed on to care for Dad until we could make other arrangements so that he'd be a bit closer to family. Cannot say enough wonderful things about Nichole- would highly recommend without hesitation!
