I'm a kind, animal-loving person who has the patience and calm that helps animals feel at ease. I have years of experience taking care of dogs and cats, as well as cockatiels, parakeets, parrots, and tropical fish. Cats quickly come to trust me -- even skittish kitties -- because I can read their body language and I respect the signals they send out. Dogs have their own way, of course, and I enjoy going through the meet and greet process that often ends in belly rubs. I have administered subcutaneous injections for diabetic animals, and am familiar with special diets and animals recovering from surgery. Nicholas has helped me with a variety of pet situations over the years. He has a great manner with cats and dogs. In addition to taking care of my kitties, he helped me administer medication, get a very difficult cat to the vet, and care for a cat with diabetes. Animals really like his calm demeanor. Cats especially gravitate to him. He also loves to play frisbee with dogs and give them lots of love!
