Hello! My is Nichola but you can call me Nicky :)

I'm willing to travel anywhere for the right opportunity and have no problem with last minute calls. 

Hard working, detail oriented, and agreeable. I strive to be as helpful and friendly as possible. I have my own transportation, and I'm willing to help in other areas if needed/requested.

Nichola was great with my 7 year old special needs child. Very patient and kind!

Nikki was a Godsend and paying her to care for my grandson was the best money I've ever spent. My little M. loved seeing her walk through the door and soon wanted to leave with her. She was punctual and followed directions very well. She was flexible and so patient with M. He loved the walks and games. I would hire her again in a heartbeat and without hesitation highly recommended her.

This girl can handle it all. I have 4-year-old twin boys who have recently gone through some very difficult family transitions and have a lot of anxiety and big emotions. I always struggle leaving them with someone else, but have no worries at work while they're in Nicky's care. She takes initiative and can smoothly feel out whether they need quiet time and a nap, or a car ride and an outside adventure, etc. She's super smart, confident and a crystal clear communicator. She's shown up for us multiple times at the last minute and has been flexible to changes. A real superwoman childcare professional who takes her job seriously. I feel very lucky to have found someone with her strength and smarts to provide the kind of rock steady care that my highly sensitive kids need and HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who needs a caretaker for their kids that they can really count on.

Nichola is an amazing caregiver for my 5yo little boy!  She is patient, kind, and loving.  She currently helps facilitate my son's virtual school and creates engaging, educational activities for him to do throughout the day.  She is extremely patient and redirects any challenging behaviors with compassion and understanding.  My son LOVES her and we are grateful for her help!  Nichola is incredibly professional and reliable.  She's an absolute gem and I highly recommend her!!

Nichola was punctual, and wonderful! We had some crazy wild kids and she handled them with ease. We came home and everyone was asleep or calm! I highly recommend her if you're looking for a night out.

Nichola was very nice on the phone. She communicated well and was very sweet. We thought she would be a good fit for our family and wanted to bring her in for an in person interview. However, after speaking to my husband she backed out. She said she didn't want to organize activities for our daughter or do stuff that required planning. I am sure she would be a good hire for a date night, or if you only want her to watch your kids for some hours. I don't think she will be a good fit if you want her to contribute in their development.
