Nichele is amazingly organized and takes initiative to get things done, even before it is asked of her. She is so good at getting on kids levels and playing, teaching and engaging with them! She is trustworthy and reliable! She always follows through with what she says. As a person, she is a great role model, friendly, fun, outgoing and smart. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing child or pet care!
