Hi my name is Nia! I'd describe my personality as empathetic, outgoing, and energetic. Kids are the future and I am passionate about the development and care of children. I love teaching kids new things so I am more than equipped to help with homework! I started working with kids when I was in high school. I work for WakeMed and I am certified in Basic Life Support training for healthcare providers (adults, children, and babies) My skills include education, grounding, and creativity. I teach mindfulness and meditation classes in my full time job and went to an arts high school.

I was especially impressed by her communication throughout the day, sending occasional updates and photos that gave me great peace of mind. Nia genuinely cares for children and takes her job seriously. I couldn’t have asked for a better babysitter. I’m so grateful for the care, the love provided, and the memories. 🫶🏼
