Through four years of experience, I have developed an immense passion for creating a lasting positive impact on young lives. I am patient and prioritize understanding the children's intellectual needs and communication styles to create a healthy relationship. I ensure my energetic attitude sets a positive tone for the child to feel comfortable and creates an environment best for the children. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, whether it's verbal updates at pickup or regular texts. I am comfortable enforcing household rules to maintain consistency for your child. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, physical activities , and educational games. I'm happy to help with light housekeeping and swimming supervision. I am First Aid and CPR Training certified, and I have completed Early Child Development Coursework. I speak Chinese and English. I am comfortable caring for one to three children, the rate is dependent on the number of children.
