About Nia

Caring for and supporting children has always been something I genuinely enjoy. I have experience working with children through AmeriCorps Jumpstart and Husky Reads, where I helped foster literacy skills, learning, and development. I have also taught children about healthy habits and nutrition in engaging ways. I am currently a dental student, which has strengthened my ability to be attentive, responsible, patient, and compassionate. Whether we're reading books, completing homework, playing games, doing arts and crafts, or enjoying outdoor activities, I enjoy finding age-appropriate ways to keep children engaged while maintaining routines established by parents. I believe in open communication, reliability, and working closely with families to ensure their children's needs are met.
