Hi! My name is Nia, and I am a rising senior at Indiana University in Bloomington. I am majoring in Neuroscience, as well as minoring in Maternal and Child Health. I am CPR certified, and I currently work as Direct Support Professional, where I help support individuals with special needs. I'm passionate about healthcare and my long- term goal is to become an OB/GYN. I would describe myself as patient, dependable, responsible, and caring. I like working with kids because I love creating a safe, supportive, and fun environment where they feel comfortable being themselves. I think kids deserve adults in their lives who are patient, kind, supportive, and safe to be around. I'm looking for a position with a kind and communicative family. I'm especially interested in opportunities where I can build a consistent relationship with a family! In my spare time, I love going to the gym, reading, trying new coffee shops, and spending time with my family and friends!
