About Nia

Hi! My name is Nia. I have been taking care of newborns, infants, toddlers and kids for about 7 years. I started working at an academy as an assistant teacher and I began teaching infants. As I moved up, I started teaching 2 to 3-year-olds. My responsibilities included assisting in arts and crafts, fine motor activities, gross motor activities, playtime and reading. I am comfortable with diaper changing, potty training, bottle feeding and nap time. I can also help with cleaning baby bottles, laundry and cleaning dishes. I can help with first time walkers and baby sign language if needed. I am willing to assist with homework for older kids. I am comfortable dropping kids off at school and picking them up after school. I can also help with dropping kids off at their activities if needed. I am allergic to cats, but I don't mind being around them. I love love love dogs! And I am comfortable with walking them, feeding them and playing with them.
